Problems with VT-1S

I have few problems with my Vantage VT-1S receiver:
  • Linux does not support the component connection while RTOS does
  • Linux does not suuport my D-Link wifi modem
  • When using the RTOS system I have to reinstall my receiver at least once a week
  • There is no updated english user manual available
I have reported all the issues to Vantage long time ago but I have not got any answer. Available online manuals are old and in German. There is no Linux user manual. Is typical German arrogance? Do they think that everybode should speak German?
I would appreciate if someone could help me to sort out this issues.
