Problems with SUNRAY SR4 sim 2.20 re-flashing

I have a SUNRAY SR$ sim2.20 buyed with installed the image newnigma2-dm800sev2-v4.0.12 and I've tryed to re-flash it with a new GP image.
I followed all the indications of the menu flash&backup using as installation device the usb pendrive with path access /media/hdd/backup.
In effect the two image files present were correctly detected newenigma... and GP... and then selecting the GP image the menu tells to press OK and wait until the decoder will reboot with the new image, buit unfortunately it goes in a blocking state. To resolved it I had to turn off and on the power and the the decoder rebooted with the old image.
Could anyone help me? It must be possible to change to another firmware.:thum:
Is there also some network tools to flash the new image directly from a pc?

It works only backup! Flashing via dflash does not work!
Copy backup to your PC and flashe the images via the browser

which browser?

Thanks, could ou tell me the correct browser?
I've tryed to use the network and put the IP of the box; entering the "extension" menu I've found "Flash" but more or less the menu is the same of backup&flash.
