Problem with Turning on receiver

Hi all am using Powersat P2 with Ali3329B chip currently am facing a problem that the receiver is not turning on ones plugged it turns on and then shut down by itself. Please let me know if any one have a solution to this. Appreciate your early feed backs. Thanx to all team

Remove the cable dish from reciever then power on if ok check the cable
