Look at the crashlog on your hdd to see wat is missing or causes the problem.

If you have version 13 and 14 installed, remove them both and then install v14 again.

Thanks for the help ........ after I uninstall the 1.3 as well as panel also / usr/share/enigma2 / ftp program with everything worked perfectly.
The error was not deleted from / usr/share/enigma2 / directory 1.3
