problem with sifteam r13366

I installed r13366 on my box but I don't know why the hdd can not be formatted , I set to format the hdd the box restart but still I see my recording are there !!!
another problem is when I want to go for Time setting the box pannic and reboots :confused:

Yeah the hard disk format doesn't seem to work properly with any of the r13366 images. The time settings reboot is a bug to do with the bluemoon skin. Setting the skin back to default should fix this. (Or reinstalling the original Sifteam r13366 image if you can't.)

Usb version ! what about the other images older one ?
Usb version make some problem is slower than flash version it has to be installed on usb flash disk ,

yes, after that I changed the image I installed sifteam r13322 but again I can't format the hdd , when I want to record it just hangs up and I have to restart the unit ,,

Three suggestions
1) Try to reformat the hard disk using the telnet mkfs.ext3 command if you are able otherwise:-
2) Reflash an image that will reformat the hard disk without problems.
3) Swap out hard disk to see if it's a possible hard disk incompatibility.

SifTeam recommend mkfs.ext2 because data transfer rate is higher. Telnet is the way to go. Alternatively you can remove the drive and use Paragon Disk Manager and format an .ext2 partition on it, then replace in the Cuberevo.

I got back to old image sifteam-11992 everything works fine, !!!!
What is the problem with new image ? data base. boot. hard disk format ?
:confused:
why I can't go for new image .
