problem with inserting image

I have a problem with inserting image in DM800HD PVR
Whatever I tried to put the over flashwizadr writes me that it is not supported for DM7020
where I'm wrong

Flashwizard doesn't support E2 boxes, like the 800. If you don't know how to flash your box you'd probably be well served looking thru subforums like the DM 800 - DM 8000 Tutorials ...

Sometimes the following step gets stuck on the STOP sign without an IP.

- (4.) Above the "*** STOP ***" text, there should appear an IP-address
(four decimal values with a dot in between). If there appears the string "dhcp" instead,
the box still searches for a DHCP server. Wait a bit. If it doesn't change, something doesn't
work with the DHCP server. 
Check wether network cable is plugged in etc. 
If it just doesn't work, set an IP using the serial terminal

Simply leave the box displaying the message for few minutes (have a cup of coffee or tea).
Come back and get a nice suprise.
The IP address is there.
You can now go the next step.

I thank everyone for the advice I put the image MediaSat_ME_v.3.0_DM800.nfi and now we're just in the display says
"error no ca found"
Now what this does anyone know?????

Nevar heard of the image but that error is usually when a image does not match the sim type.

What sim type does your 800 have ?

Original,Sim2,Sim1 or Ferrari ?

Try using NCF repair program by Yassinof.​

If you connect both a null modem and Ethernet cable you should be able to recover it with dreamUP.

Power down the 800 start DreamUP and tick the network box. Now power up the box while holding the standby button down. It should now display a IP on the front display.

Use this ip in your browser to flash a sim 2 image.
