Hi, I have a problem with my DM800SE (clone). It appears the message "Tune Failed". I thinked that the problem was on the tuner, but I tried to change the tuner with other, and the problem persists.

Anyone have any solution?

The clones have this problem.

If you look at the tuner it does not sit correctly on its slot. Take it off and re sit it.

A power supply with more than 12V?

Thank you but I tried to do this and the problem persists...

Off m8,

Just look at the box tuner when you open the top and you see that the tuner is sideways.

one way to avoid this is to take off the piece of metal which is screwed on the outside. This piece is what is causing the tuner not to sit correctly.
Have a try

I've had this.If you have confirmed it's not the tuner it will be a burnt out inductor (L1300 12v 0.56uh 0805 +/- 10%)
TDK MLF2012DR56K.
On my 800se it boots up to image perfect and i am able to enter all menus etc but comes up tuner nothing/empty.I am yet to have this new part fitted but it certainly won't work without it being replaced.
See top right below(above and left of L1301)

I too have the same problem.
While playing with the motor with disec does not play.
rather the problem is the motherboard does not pass the analog power so that no downloading channels.
