problem with ali b receiver

problem with alib receiver.please help rectify this problem concerning my receiver ,which stuck only on radio channels and i cant use remote control to go back to tv mode.i think the receiver is locked or may be software problem.please help with any software that would repair this problem, thank you.

Did you try first to shut it down using rear button ??

go to menu and try restore channel list and you can also try to reset factory settings.
