I think your problem can best be explain by the moresat team. I have never seen a morebox physically and in the country I reside I doubt if we have it.

a solution translated from french :

This problem typically occurs when electricity is cut off when the word LOAD appeared during update of Morebox!

To repair this problem, focus on the following image:

And then proceed as follows:

1-Open the hood Morebox as shown in the image above
2-Connect Morebox to your TV
3-open Morebox with the remote, and when he boot, remove the cable 1 as shown on the image and replace it from new!
The Morebox will reboot, so wait for the apparition of the world LOAD in the front panel ..don't touch anything until he end the update And voila the problem was solved from 00:00!

If the word LOAD is not on display Morebox and the 00: 00 appears again, try again until the word LOAD appears !

Some users have succeeded with this approach and the No. 2 cable!

thank you very much for your help very usefull i will try it the next time that happens i actually took it to a sat specialist and for 5 dollars he reflashed the eeprom for me and everything is working fine now thanks alot

My Morebox has accured a problem .when i plug it. it shows " Boot and then suddenly goes to 00:00 front pannel led of power and Lock led are contninuse on .
I have tried to connect with several loader but it doesnt response anybody has any idea can help me to solve the problem ?
