Problem play recorded programs

Hello all, I'm new user...

I have an Azbox Hd Elite. I have update my firmware with last custom version 9.4585.

My problem is when I recorded a program, Azbox save it in .ys format but he cannot able to play it and show the message

"Error"
"not supported"

Any idea?

change channel list in the /DISK2 by other list
and all is ok to recored
