Problem loading emu & key files (7020)

1)Being using USB for multiboot for years (have all my existing images on there working well),
2)used Dreamup and reloaded offical dreambox flash
3)used Flashwizard and have loaded two different images
4)used DCC / ftp and have loaded cam tar/gz files to temp, also key files to var/tuxbox
5)when I manualy load on dreambox it says "cams loaded ok", but nothing is there, same in addons the key file tools arent there,
Is there something in the setup menu I have missed after loading the new flash?
