Problem connecting DM with FlashFXP

Hi guys, i have a little problem connecting my DM 8000HD to my PC with Flash FXP (using a crossover cable).

[R] Verbinden met 192.168.1.69 -> IP=192.168.1.69 PORT=21
[R] Verbonden met 192.168.1.69
[R] 220 Welcome to the OpenDreambox FTP service.
[R] USER root
[R] 331 Please specify the password.
[R] PASS (hidden)
[R] 500 OOPS: cannot change directory:/root

Can someone help me out?

I also did a reset on the password, because it was not the standard (root, dreambox).

And i tried to connect via FTP, with absolutely no succes.

Update

I managed to connect with the DM with DCC, and it now says Network OK. But i can't FTP anything to it. As if the Dreambox is secured or something like that, wich is possible, because the one i bought it from is also providing me with Paid channels (for money ofcourse). Maybe he doesn't want me to change anything or view anythin in the config file ...

The left side where the DM files should be is empty, and the right side is 'normal'.

I connected my old DM 7020, and this one worked...

Can someone help me to bypass this somehow?

I would be very gratefull if anyone could help me!!
