Could someone let me know about the best HD sat receiver which opens BBC tv channels on eutelsat 907 27W by BISS keys?
I get a strong signal but strangely no channels.

Thre are only a handfull of SAT Receivers there can receive BBC from 27.5W when PMT are scrambled, missing or PIDs are missing. The Technomate TM5402 is the most popular and best supported:
