get rid of it!
I've had a 5100 for 3 months. The recording feature never worked correctly so I sent it back to HM-sat.de where I bought it from for repair. I received it back working even worse & I've had endless parrot like messages from them. They accept no responsibilty after the 1st 2 weeks so asked me to send it back again. Each time it costs 20 euros postage plus original postage, it will soon be cheaper to buy another, definately not Clarke_Tech & from HM-sat.de.
It runs extremely hot, I think this may be adding to the recording problems. As for downloading software, I had to give up after 3 tries on 3 different flash drives.
This by the way was my 4th & worst FTA Sat box.
I advise to avoid the model completely.
