I am sure I have added caid 1010 but will check the idents.

IMG3 EU is clearing on my Hitech box.

IMG 3 is working fine for me on 7E but I can't open the mux on 10E. I have checked my softcam.key and the above keys are in the file. I also have 1010 in CAID and 1010:000000 in ident.

Sorry to post this but I'm out of ideas!

I had a similar problem with vPlug and the softcam key had to be entered T 01 not T 0001 which many softcam.key files use but not knowing what you are using this may have nothing to do with your problem
