PIN code/ passwrd problem

i am new in dreambox's universe, and have a big PIN problem!
As mr.afayssi , i've bought a 500s that ignore the passwrd(not dreambox, nor sandbox) how toµ? the solution proposed to Member AFAYSSI is not valuable for me
problem 2: when i press blue button i get a PIN box not 0000!!!
even if i want to use tuxbox i can't!! the menu --> setup asks me code PIN ... I don't want to loose the subbscription cccam.cfg
flashing the box!! i don't have any warranty from the seller!!

please help thank you , there is certainly a way to unblock the pin and the passwrd too.

If you have bought a DM500 with a cline inside sure the seller has change the default password.

The "sandbox" pasword that you mention is only for Dm with Power of dreams Image on in.

You have only two way to follow:

Find the menu pasword, try 1234, 5555, 1111

Or ask the seller for the FTP pasword and the menu pasword.

you will have to re initialize the box. why do you need to go to the setup? why dont you just your admin? lol

hi pierce i don't want to loose my cccam config i have paid 120dllars for this, and the admin not want to help i wonder why!!! I am beginer!
why do i need setup access? don't know, but surely i will need, i've paid 190$! i wonder why admin gave up me!! no contact! do you why? can we hack his server? or what?

hey, i have the same probleme, but me i was lucky to find the pin code of remonte control, ihave tried a lot of code it was 2249!!
and ihave used tuxcom to reinnitialise password. i m sorry you have to flash your box. or if you've got time and patience try all the combinations of 10 time to place 4 number that's huge it's something like 16*16*10 time to find yhe right.
Why admins do this blocking boxes?! me too i want to know if. is there someone to explain please. thanks and good luck
