I think I made a progress... I took bbc's icon, copied it and renamed it "France2". Now i am getting a logo for france 2. The picture of course says "BBC Prime"

So it seems like there iis a compatibility problem : the icons above are not working with gemini 330. Only the one I get from gemini panel are displayable

what do you think

PS : no lcd correspondance nor xml instructions used here

Yes I guess it is incompatibility issue then. All I can think of would be dimensions. Both work fine on colloseum 70x52 and 71x53, maybe on gemini only 71x53, you could try resizing france2 logo from pack I made to 71x53 and see if that works.

So my best guess would be that dimensions are the problem. And gemini doesn't seem to use lcd icons at all.

Yes indeed seems to be size problem

3sat is 70 x 53 and is working
BBC Prime is 71 x 53 and is working
France 2 is 70x 52 and is NOT working : i am trying to convert it to 71 x 53 and see if any change

Yes that works...

- Size should be 71 x 53 (and I guess 70 x 53)
- Name should be identical than service (Capital sensitive)
- Picon folder as indicated in blue Panel > extra-settings > general > extra field
- I still need to sort out the french accent "é" used in many service names

Here is tps icons converted to 71x53 for you. I am not gonna bother converting everything again. 70x52 should work fine on other images, they didn't have to be so strict with dimensions on gemini.
As for service names, you have to read those questionable names from services file, for example tps cinéstar is written in services file as:
TPS Cinéstar
so that is what you add to picon.xml when you want to add that channel.

Here u can download the new logos.

Did anyone of you have the german premiere picons working?
My reciever showing all the picons except those that are written with
special characters like germans or greek e.t.c.
Can someone solve this problem?

Yes sometimes is very hard to make some of the picons(chanel name) work,specially picons for greek chanels,because of Greek letters.To solve this problem by some new images you can choose to use picons with chanel reference.That looks so F.E:
