New PGI Image release of13/12/2010

- Fix: reverted changes related to event handling (back to pre 0.7.x)

Mind that this is a version with the old blue skin!!
The image doesn't contain any emu-s, you will have to get them elsewhere, just like with the 0.9 versions.
