Hello

I have an ipbox 91 hd with sifteam e2 and I am going crazy with all the time freeze. I have my own ubuntu 9.10 CCcam server that I built. I read on the forum that u can help to setup oscam with is better they say, can u please help me to setup oscam to my CCcam server, and where to download the oscam file for ipbox 91hd.

@Route - I had similar issues but I am now laughing after fixing my installation to use PGI image & OSCAM - smooth as a baby's bottom - and NO NO Freezing. Peerrrfffeecctt. You need PGI & Oscam and this connects to any CCcam server with the right config. Will post my working setup to help you guys soon. I almost sold my IPbox 900HD - because I had become fed-up. I tried Incubuscamd (No Good), tried MGcamd (new cccam hack) - no good. Tried Oscam with many images but only got it to work with very specific version of PGI & Oscam. Think it was PGI 0.61 with correct Oscam already in Image. Just needed to modify the config files to suit. oscam.server, oscam.user & oscam.config.

@44matrix, what you wrote is not entirely correct! PGI is very good image without any question but its not for everyone as emus needs to be configured manual - no panels in PGI. You are 100% right there is no freezing in PGI at all but also in any other DGS based image oscam is working great, no freezing. I know this as I added DGS based image support into oscam. Key is to use "ipbox-pmt" as box type and that is all! In last few version of DGS image (with new OSD) special version of oscam needs to be used, search oscam-stapi ......

To make this clear, in any DGS based image + PGI image, oscam is working great, no freezing !
