Hello,
How can I create oscam.services file?
I understand it is a file which contains SIDs which can be decrypted with, for example, my own card. Correct?
I would imagine it should be possible to zap from channel to channel and if the channel is opened, its SID would be saved to the file.
Is something like that possible? Or does it have to be created manually?

Have you tried downloading a working oscam file from the plugins with the image you are using to see if what you require has already been done for you?
