cannot get the keys to work
Do I use oscam.keys or softcam.key?
Where do they go? have tried many places reading this forum, but no luck.
Do I need some other file, like constant.cw, or is that obsolute?
In another thread there are many updates of oscam patched emu, I think maybe if I installed this it would have the files in the right place, and then I could just update the key files, is this right?
Just got the dreambox and for 3 days trying and reading the forum, I need a little help, Thank You

But do you ftp the oscam emu to the box...tmp? and please explain ''replace the bin file in usr/bin/ direction'' Only the bin file or replace the original oscam with the patched one?

ignore all of them what you saw in tmp folder. Those files need oscam emu to decrypt channels and those are temproray files.
When you opened ftp. Open this path usr/bin like once before reply said and replace oscam file with the new one. Also, you need to check CHMOD of oscam file is 755 or not. If CHMOD is not 755, emu won't work. For checking CHMOD. Click file right on mouse and click CHMOD on the screen. You need to see the permission 755.That's all.:thum:
