oscam in vu solo2 with open atv?

i want to know if oscam emu the latest emu is working with power vu in openatv

Kernel version: 3.13.5

Yes it is just make sure you get one of the PVU versions from this forum

you still have to use the stream relay function with most of the power vu channels on the Vu Solo2 only the dreambox can view on the fly channels without need for stream relay
