oscam help needed

i have had a look before posting and i cant find anything
about n lines and oscams

can anyone help on how to enter a n line on the oscam
i have c lines working perfectly. but no matter how i try
to enter the n line in the newcamd section of the server file
it fails to open the channels i know the line is ok i have tested it on mgcamd and cccam.
i am obviously missing or doing something
wrong and after many try's i'm no nearer to sorting this out.

have you tried the oscam convertor that will convert C: and N: lines

oscam use other syntaxe


in oscam.server

syntaxe minimal config

protocol = newcamd
device =***************.no-no-ip.org,1234 <= port used

password = ****.biz
group = 1 ( or your group )

for newcamd server : one port = one caid


Cccam line for oscam.server

enable=1
protocol=cccam
device=************.cc,14000
user=******
password=*********
group=1

this works fine just paste your line in the top and select which it is ie:- C: F: N: click on convert and choose if you want user or server

I have tried it with 4 C: lines and it converted ok

an N: line converted ok as well

sorry about the delay but i thought i would
try and get the n-line to work on the oscam
trying all the ways everyone suggested, but
even though c-lines work first class, i have
had no luck getting the n-line to work and i have
tried lots of different ways to enter the line in
newcamd section on the server file.this is the section
i have been using for the line

in the enable line i have tried = 1 and =0
in the label line i have tried the server info with and without
.net ect:, nline,mynline,cws etc
in the protocol line i have entered the server info and port
with and without the N:in front of the server details
the user and password info is going into the correct lines
i have not change the fallback or group numbers.

and as of yet it just wont read the n-line but i dont give up
but at the moment it's not working.lol
