Oscam and bind failed

Hi,

I have problems with oscam and over via**t Nordic, I run as client and dns.
using both via**t and Canal+ Nordic, but have only problem with using via**t.
after 30 minutes, I get the following error, p bind failed (errno = 98).
I run version 4744.sh4 but i have try many else and get the same result.
mine configs.

what is you telling me? :confused: i don´t understand ïîïðàâêè,
and viewtopic is not working.
is there any one as now what mine problem can be? :gathering:
skip caid in sever or user or?
can some one help me

Which box ? I guess Ipbox.
Which image ? DGS or E2 ?
With new DGS-image i.e. BMT NESSIE you must have a sh4.stapi compiled oscam.
With E2 you shall use ordinary sh4 oscam.

If you have ipbox, so try this config.

Why did you have two caid:s for viasat in your config ?
You had no boxid, so I guess the right caid is 090F.
If caid is 093E, you have to put boxid in reader conf for viasat.

Hi,

i have cuberevo 9000 and i use E2 PKT in flash.
i use ordinary sh4 oscam, oscam-svn4744-sh4-amino-small.tar.gz and all files are 755.
i will try remove one caid:s for viasat in mine config tomorrow and see what happens.
all redy tray to remove oscam.dvbapi file and same result, bind failed.
what dass the nice in the global do? i have -10 and you have -1

is for stapi, DGS firms and i have E2 and dvbapi.

mgcamd work on both satellits but not record and look at same time, hope it will work in the future.

I'm not sure of the function of nice.
In oscam wiki they explain it like this.

nice = -20..+20
	  system priority, default:99

I think you should flash a DGS-image instead of E2. BMT NESSIE works fine and is stable with oscam.
Picture quality is better with DGS, at least on HD channels.
You can use the function to record one channel and watch another channel live, with DGS-image.
If you also want to keep E2, it's better to have it on USB.
You can then have DGS on flash, and use multiboot to change between the images.

hi,

yes beson you have right, dgs have better picture quality :thum:.
I hade befoure dgs on flash and e2 on usb but i like .ts on rec better then .trp becuse i have also a dreambox :D and do mine recordings to pc hdd tro mine lan.
Then i also can get it to mine cuberevo 9000.
Rec on .ts also rec all languals on txt to recording.
So now i woud like to have e2 working on flash whith oscam as it can do 2 tuners on same time as mgcamd :mad: don´t do it.
