Original sim on a clone

I have a sim2.1 Sunray sr4 ssl 84b clone and have got my hand on an original Dreambox sim from Dm800se. If i change the sim2 with original sim and flash an original image is there any chance to destroy my box? And if i put the sim2 in the original box...i have to first flash the ssl 84b and right after flash a sim2 image,right?

Was the sim from a original 800se or another model if its from a SE it should work.

The sim is from an original dm800se. But is it ok just to flash an original image over a sim2 image?

What you need to do

Install sim

Go driectly into browser flashing mode do not let it boot once youve swapped sims and then flash the image.
