no signal out from dm 800 hd

friends i have a normal tv set am using scart as output from dreambox my receiver is one month old and it was working perfectly but I wanted to change scart cable when i tried that no more signal came out i connected the old one but same any idea of what have happened? the fact is when i was changing the cable the receiver was on what to do is the question

Hi mate

Maybe you shorted something. But can you connect to HDMI tv and see if you have video output set to Scart?

If you still have issue maybe try another image setup from scratch.

thx ferret that i will check the problem our technicians here in oman can even check what is wrong any idea which part to be checked ?

But please at least try the DVI output if that does not work and re-flashing does not help then maybe you need it looking at.

yes mate i checked dvi output is ok only scart output is dead i might go and buy dvi to scart cable if is available in market ie converted to three pin cable out put thx
