No HD channels on Astra 23.5 with Canaal digitaal

Am I the only one?? I have a Clarke tech HD 5000 (155P firmware) and since 2 days I have no image on any HD channels from Canaal digitaal. FTA-channels give no problems. In fact all canaal digitaal channels have no image.
What can I do to get the image back?

It took me the whole day but at least I fixed the HD-channels.After a lot of trying out I found this solution: I re-installed firmware 155p; I deleted all the channels; I restored factorysettings. The I manually added the frequency and the settings. In the screen both signal strength and signal quality appear red so you cannot do a search but after about 5 minutes they become green and then the search works.
I do have another related problem: the dutch regional channels (FTA) disappear after a few seconds (Astra 1E (23.5E) - 11914.00 H)

Can anybody help with this problem
