No Bulsat on TM3150D

Can anyone tell me why, when I enter the latest softcam.key for all on my TM3150D, everything opens except the Bulsatcam channels on 39deg?

im not sure u can just watch it like that..u have to use sssp etc..i cant test it myself because i lost the signal for all the satellites after 28.2e...36e,39e,42e,etc...
