If you receive 23.5E and you have DVB-S2/HD equipment you could try:

23.5E Yacht & Sail France @ 11592V S/R 28500 FEC 9/10 (if still in Nagra2, I can't receive this footprint so can't test myself)

or official card or card share or MOSC (Modified Original Smart/Seca/Subscription Card) card from any of the packages with Yacht & Sail that you can receive:
