newcs.xml in 91HD

there is no newcs.xml found in 91HD after installing the latest sifteam and incubus+newcs tar.gz , and how i can install newcs.xml file manually in 91HD box?

/var/keys - if you use dgs based firmaware.
/usr/share/tuxbox/config - if you use enigma firmware.
