you could do with the receiver connected to a router via a network cable, then you should be able to download cams from the remote, download MgCamd or CCcam latest version and select as default cam via the blue button. then you should start to see open channels with the latest keys.

have you changed default cam from common interface to either CCcam or MgCamd save and restart the cam that should clear hacked channels

I would recommend you start off by reading some of guides in the tutorial section on this forum, to get you started.
There is also an english manual for the 7020 in the forum.

But for your problems, there are a few things you can do.
First I will recommend you to get a USB stick for your dreambox. It doesnt need to be that big, 128MB or bigger will do. Some brands doesnt work with dreambox, but just try another one if you cant get the first one to work. There exist a list over tested usb sticks, but I dont remember where I saw it. The USB stick is good for holding different images (system software for your dreambox), so you dont have to mess up your image in flash memory.
Images could also be stored on HDD, but I think USB is better, this will save the harddrive from spinning all the time.
Use flashwizard 6.3 for formatting the USB stick on the dreambox, and for installing the new image. Also remember to install multiboot (flashwizard will prompt you to do this when you connect to your dreambox). Then you will be able to choose which image to load during restarting your dreambox.
