NEED HELP FOR MY DB800HD-SE-E-STAR

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH MY DREAMBOX.
IVE GOT DB800HD-SE E-STAR. AT THE MOMENT I USE BLACKHOLE-3.2.4. MY PROBLEM IS FROM TIME TO TIME I GET MESSAGE THAT AN ERROR WITH MY SOFTWARE AND HAS BEEN CRASHED, THEN WILL IT START AGAIN. ON THE OTHER HAND, AFTER USING FOR COUPLE DAYS, WHEN I WONT TO ADDED A NEW CHANNEL OR SCAN FOR NEW CHANNELS. THE MESSAGE WILL APPEAR AGAIN AND SAYS THAT THE CRASHING CODE... AND WILL START AGAIN.
I THAT TIME AS I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE BOX. I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE IMAGE AGAIN AND AGAIN.
ANY HELP, PLEASE.

OR DO I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY BOX. I TRIED OTHER IMAGES BUT ITS NOT WORKING WELL.

You would be better posting the crash log to give us something to go by at the moment there is not enough info to comment.
