i have a orton hd x403p and upgraded it with the latest firmware but i still not able to see certain channels its saying scrambled. i have done everything which i see on the internet to instructed me how to configure but still nothing.
i have wrote the hsdata and save as cfg file but for some reason its saying cant open file.
help
