My Dreambox DM500S will not boot

I was trying to install new image to my box DM500S using dreambox control center when it finishes and the box was rebooted, it never boots up again. I tried to connect to it using the serial cable but no luck, nothing appears on screen. Is there a way or any idea help me solve this will be appriciated.

DreanUp is also not working

Thank you, But as I said the box is not coming up and I tried to use Dreanup using serial but nothing appears in the screen.
Any Ideas? Is there a way to reset the box?

There is no need anything to see on screen just the led in the front of dreambox. Try it again with dreamup and tell us what is happening
