the problem of decoding these channels on some receivers (via mcas for example) is probably due to "Sbox $A0" which is normal for cband but unusual for ku band. maybe mcas is not constructed for sbox $A0 and can decode only "normal" channels in ku band with sbox $00... maybe......
btw: in central europe is signal for these channels very good. my receiver shows signal quality 72% and if my receiver shows signal higher that 70% it means that signal is watchable. :thum:

my Korean HD receiver Starsat 8800 HD is doing the job very well

but I think it's because of your receiver firmware
