It's good to know the signal issue is not directly from MTN! I thought they were trying to discourage us by reducing the signal. I am yet to enjoy the new breakthrough, as my Freesat V8 Golden is yet to release a patch.

I have tried to adjust it to the left and right via the motor but it didn't improve. Is there any way I can improve the signal strength during the down period?

Latitude is up & down to track the satellite with an elliptical orbit or you can fit a 2nd motor to follow the elliptical orbit the motor at the top adjusts the dish declination for tracking inclined orbit satellites,

Moving the dish to the left & right is for adjusting the Longitude for example 1 west,5 west 20 west 22 west.

My mistake in the earlier post with Longitude.

You can always adjust your dish Latitude for this inclined orbit on the arc atm,
NSS 7 @ 20 west +/_ 2 degrees inclined.

My center sat = Intelsat 10-02 @ 1 west,
My furthest East sat is 53 east,
My furthest West sat is 55.5 west,

So ooOO_SORGOS_OOoo if your motor can move 120 degrees
Your Furthest East sat will be 88 east,
Your furthest west will be 32 west,
If you have line of sight of the satellites with no obstructions.

O

ooOO_SORGOS_OOoo

Yes h-h motor 120 deg.
i want to learn 40 or 43 west xxx channels

What is the best/easiest box to operate that will clear the Sport 24 channel on 20 west ?

I have a TM5402 M3 box now and I don't think there is going to be a new patch.

I have never had an enigma 2 box so I don't have a clue about images/oscam etc.

Thanks.

got it working on duo2 with oscam-emu
however, there pictures freezes a lot, could it be a problem from the emu?
or stream_relay_enabled = 800 is too low

thanks

Done that but still have freezes?
wondering what could be the problem, normal scanned channels (FTA) does not freeze but, however, converted channels to stream freezes,so makes me think problem not from signal
Thanks

try that from github

IMPORTANT:

The stream relay needs a fast CPU. Not every STB is fast enough.
If you cannot fix stuttering with the following guide, likely your CPU is too slow.

For best performance, the "Include ECM in http streams" setting must be enabled.
If your image supports it (openpli, openatv), you can find it here:
OpenWebif -> Settings -> Customize New change: openwebif -> settings -> extras

If the setting is not available, you may need to adjust the "ECM fix delay"
setting in oscam webif (Config -> Stream Relay).
Increase/Lower it until there is no stuttering.

When using VU+ devices, make sure to use the latest drivers (June 2015), if you encounter any problems.

freezing has stopped ****
this was the trick
checking Include ECM in http streams

however,
[streamrelay]
stream_relay_enabled = 800

couldnt do it alone...
thanks @ rickk
