motor stopped working

i have an HD clone DB800.I have always used usals on my tuner config.Now all of a sudden i changed from 13 hotbird to 19.2 astra and the motorized dish stopped working.I tried reseting the motor and even rebooted my box several times but with no success.I am thinking that the motor card is faulty because i tried to move the motor manualy and is working normally what can be the cause 10x in advance

try reflashing the box it could be that theirs a problem with the image on the box also check your settings
