motor not turning

i have an HD clone DB800.I have always used usals on my tuner config.Now all of a sudden i changed from 13 hotbird to 19.2 astra and the motorized dish stopped working.I tried reseting the motor and even rebooted my box several times but with no success.I am thinking that the motor card is faulty because i tried to move the motor manualy and is working normally what can be the cause 10x in advance

Have you rechecked your settings ?

Menu-setup-service searching tuner config

Mode should be simple and positioner then check your coordinates at the bottom.

Before you condem the motor i would re-flash your image a corrupt image could cause problems like this.

I would think that it is highly Unlikely that the motor developed a fault. More likely that as Ferret said its a software problem in the Dreambox. As per chance check also the cable conectors (the F Plugs of the cable for tightness).
