Do you have any idea to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance

Moteck sg 2100 LED indicator on the engine:

- Green "lights " = Receiver is turned on, standby mode of the engine

- Color Orange "flashes" = motor receives DiSEqC 1.2 commands / resetting of the motor

- Color Orange "lights" = error on the engine (transmission defect or hardware limitation is reached)

Factory reset on the motor:;)

1 Switch on the receiver LED lights on the motor

2 Taxes they push the motor to 0 ° by the manual button on the motor

3 Press the reset button for 2 seconds on the engine. LED flashes red. When LED is green again, the reset is complete. The factory preset satellites are again stored in the engine.

Fixes on the motor:

- The manual button does not work

Check that the receiver is turned on and the engine light is on.

- The manual button can turn the engine just to the west

Press the button twice within one second to turn the engine to the east.

- Engine not working

1 check that all cables are connected. The LED should always be lit

2 Check if the motor is not stopped by the software limit.

3 Check to see if your receiver is DiSEqC 1.2 compatible

4 The bowl is too heavy and the motor gear getting a damage

- The motor stops at a certain point and not start on.

1 Delete the software limits and try again.

2 Check if the motor does not have the wrong hardware limits.

3 The bowl must not run into an obstacle

- The motor rotates times faster and sometimes slower

The speed of rotation depends on the output voltage of the receiver

- The motor runs intermittently

1 Bowl is too heavy

2 The quality of the cable is not good enough

3 Check, if possible, that is the capacity of the receiver is less than 350mA.

- All are false Goto Ref

1). Control the motor with the command "Go" on a satellite position.

2). Control the antenna so that the signal is strongest.

3). Use the "Recalculate" function on the receiver to correct the satellite position or use them in the "Goto 0 position" function to the motor to 0 ° degree control as a reference point.

Thanks. I can move rotor by manual button. I even can move it by dreambox (I see dish sign in left top corner on my tv when I change satellites - so the dish is moving)but I can't get any signal (reception)on any satellites. I also can't move dish from dreambox positioner menu (step by step movment not working, and other options of movement also not working).
And led still blinks once on every 20 second in orange.
