Microbox not working

Hi,
I am new to this forum and just registered today.I have been using microbox dongle with a tiger T5 receiver for viewing pehla channels.every month my technician used to update the software for me and everyhting was working fine.Since Decemeber OSN has sopped working.From February 23rd,all channels have stopped working for me. Ihave uploaded Version 2.20(23-02-2011) software on my microbox. However,channels are not working as yet. recently i saw microbox 1 has come with a new version. I am sorry for my ignorance about these subjects.Frankly i dont even know if my microbox is 1 or 2.There is a serial number on this microbox which is as follows 09087XXXXXX.

If the experienced and knowledgeable members of this forum could kindly guide and help me get my channels working, it would be of immense help to me. Appreciate if anybody could guide me on this subject.Please also explain in common man's terms as I am not a technical person and am just a user of this wonderful hardware.

check your serial expire date ifs expired then not gone work all these microbox has the ic inside which is gone last for 1 or 2 year just like subscribe card i hope i helped you on this.

Thanks Kaz, but please tell me how to check if the serial number is expired?Is there any solution to rectify this if it has expired?thank you so much for your time and help again!!!

Yea im having these problem mine wrote expired 2010 march with sn/9107
