So which cam have I to use for the nordic channels? With NLB or SifTeam images I could use mgcamd.

If I can use incubus I don't know where to edit the incubus.conf file. What about mbox cam?

Try MBox or Camd3 works fine with me.
Camd3 even with the normal key-files.

if you have e2 mod pkt
from blue panel you can download
emu camd3, config, +keys

If I use camd3 - where to put newcamd.conf? Mbox - newcamd.conf where? Incubus?

camd3 doesn't use newcamd.conf
camd3 config > /var/keys/camd3.config
mbox config > /var/keys/mbox.cfg and cwshare.cfg
incubus config > /var/keys/incubusCamd.conf and incubusCamd.prio
