Mediaset launches new DTT channel

Medisaset has launched a new male-skewing DTT channel. Italia 2 aired for the first time on Monday with the TV debut of the film Dragon Ball Evolution.
The free channel will offer a mix of films, documentaries, cartoons, sports and entertainment programming. The schedule is split into thematic “zones”, including Crime Zone, Music Zone, Sport Zone and Fantasy Zone.
Mediaset is targeting the channel at men aged 15-34 years old.
