Mediaplayer options in merlin2.

Hi guys,
does anybody know how to access the different options while playing the files through the mediaplayer in Merlin2 excalibur (in all the other images pressing "help" button brings up options such as skip backward/ forward by entering time, etc..) but not with this image.
