Match rebrand for NTV-Plus channels

A number of sports channels operated by the Russian DTH platform NTV-Plus will be renamed on January 25.
AKTR and Jourdom report that Futbol 1, Futbol 2 and Futbol 3 will from then be called Match! Futbol 1, Match! Futbol 2 and Match! Futbol 3. Meanwhile, Fight TV will be renamed Match! Fight.
The channels Sport and Sport 1, previously operated by RTR, have now become Match TV, and NTV Plus Sport and NTV Plus Sport Plus have also stopped broadcasting.
Match TV is owned by Gazprom Media and made its debut on November 1 last year.
The company plans to launch several more new satellite channels.
