Without c/s or some kinda official card then im sorry i dont know of any channels that have Eng speaking cartoon channls
if there is any its very much limited
my best advice i can give you is to seek a pre pay NC+ [cyfra+] card as this has Eng cartoon channls
if you did go c/s route this and 1w Thor will provide everything you want and more
There is pretty much not a lot out there opened at the min and clear without some kinda sub card .
