- Added ProviderID_IgnoreList and CAID_IgnoreList to vPlug.ini. (vPlug’s ecm handler won’t process related ecm-pid’s)

Its keys are public. You can add them as N 0401 02 xxx; and N 0401 12 xxx; to v_keys.db file. (only one of the dvb-s or dvb-c key sets is allowed at a time.)
+ You have to edit your v_emm.ini -> edit related emm-pids."

- Added extended info bar.
- Fixed N2-AU AutoStart on KeyChanges.
- Structure of v_emm.ini file has been changed to save system’s resources and reducing the chance of not having a good key on next KeyChange.

New format :
[provider_id]
PID= EMM PID (hex)
Schedule=1 (or 0) If you set it to 1, vPlug will run EMM filter every 20 minutes for you.
Active=1 (or 0) enabling or disabling a pid or a provider
