latest KKE and BISS?!

I have problem with the BISS scrambled ch.Simply the latest KKE not open them.What should I do?Yargi, Informedand others please help
For exemple with the latest kke i can't open Megasport on 4w, Fox France on 5w, fox Serbia , MG, FOX germany on 12,5w , ...The only one that opens is TET on sirius...
