Through any ftp client you can copy and edit key files into your dm keys folder. First of all you need to set your lan connection both into your dm equipment and your pc. Default password for ftp/telnet is "dreambox" but the advise is to change it. You can use for example Filezilla or dedicated tools such as DCC. You can also read this 3ad which can help you.
