Arsenal will bid £10m to sign former striker Nicolas Anelka from Bolton to replace Thierry Henry. (Various)

Tottenham are on the verge of signing Charlton's Darren Bent for a club record £16m. (Various)

Birmingham will capture Scottish striker Garry O'Connor after he meets with manager Steve Bruce later this week. (The People)
