JSC irdeto cccam 2.30 strange problem

I am running cccam 2.30 on my dreambox 500 and the card worked perfectly untill i had to renew the card before 2 months. I renewed the card and it worked perfectly for 1 month but right now all i get is a black screen untill i send a refresh signal from JSC SPORT website. the strange thing is that every signal makes the card work for 1 hour before the screen turns black again.

here is my config:

if its not working again... i dont know the use of your "f" line,but if you are sharing the card,maybe this could be a reason of the blocking
